A new partnership, built to reach the people lean often misses
Human Resources professionals drive the conditions that make improvement sustainable. They shape how people are hired, developed, and supported. Often lean transformation rarely includes them in a meaningful way.

Ethical Kaizen LLC and Academy For Lean Pvt Ltd (AFL) of Sri Lanka have joined together to extend lean certification to HR professionals. The first program in this collaboration is designed specifically for HR practitioners — equipping them to see waste in their own processes, define problems clearly, and test practical improvements in their everyday work.
Improvement that belongs to the people doing the work
HR is not a support function on the edge of lean transformation. It sits at the center of it. When HR professionals understand how to identify problems and close gaps, that capability spreads through the organization and holds.
This program is built on that idea.
What this looks like in practice
Participants will learn to observe their current conditions honestly, define the gap between where things are and where they need to be, and apply lean principles to problems that are real and immediate in their own environment.
