Build capability inside your organization so improvement doesn't leave when we do.
Training is the most direct way to make continuous improvement permanent. It is also the most commonly wasted spend in the field, because most programs teach concepts in a classroom, hand out a certificate, and produce people who can define the eight wastes but have never removed one.
We do it differently. Every course we deliver is anchored to a live project in your own operation. Participants learn a method in the morning and apply it on your floor in the afternoon, on a problem their plant actually has. Certification is earned by demonstrated results, not attendance.
Curriculum
Foundations. Lean thinking and the eight wastes, 5S and visual workplace, standard work, and an introduction to flow and pull. Suitable for entire teams including operators and support functions.
Problem solving. Structured root cause methodology through A3 thinking and 8D, including the discipline of containment, verification, and permanent corrective action. This is the highest-leverage course we teach and the one we most often recommend first.
Practitioner tools. Value stream mapping, setup reduction (SMED), total productive maintenance and OEE, kanban and pull systems, and error proofing (poka-yoke).
Lean Six Sigma belts. Yellow, Green, and Black Belt programs covering statistical process control, capability analysis, designed experiments, and measurement systems analysis delivered on-site and certified against a completed project with validated savings.
Train-the-trainer. Development of your internal instructors and coaches so the curriculum becomes yours to run and repeat.
Delivered on your floor, on your problems
On-site delivery is not a convenience preference. It is a condition of the training working. Concepts taught against a generic case study transfer poorly; the same concepts taught against your own bottleneck, your own scrap code, and your own changeover are retained because they were useful the day they were learned.
It also means the training pays for itself. Belt projects alone frequently return more than the cost of the program, which changes the internal conversation from a training expense to an improvement investment with a certificate attached.
On certification, honestly
Certification has real value: it structures learning, it gives people recognition and portable credentials, and it helps retention in a tight labor market. It also has a well-known failure mode, where belts accumulate and behavior does not change. We guard against this by requiring a completed, finance-validated project for certification, and by developing coaches alongside practitioners.
Common questions
Can you train off-shift? Yes. We routinely deliver on second and third shift.
What group size works best? Twelve to sixteen for practitioner courses; smaller for belt programs.
Do you offer public courses? Our focus is on-site, cohort-based delivery, because that is where retention and results are highest.
